Preparation Instructions:
Tom from Annapolis Maryland allowed us to publish his delicious scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and fine diced chives recipe. To get started, first you will want to crumble or chop about one cups worth of honey glazed smoke salmon. Set the salmon aside once it's prepared. Next take out a nonstick frying pan, and melt the real salted butter in it over medium heat. While your butter is melting, take out a small sized mixing bowl, and pour into it the large fresh whole eggs, fresh fine diced chives, ground black pepper, and kosher salt. Beat these ingredients together with a metal whisk, then pour the mixture into the frying pan. Scramble the eggs while they cook, which should take about five to ten minutes. During the last two minutes of the cooking process, you will want to stir in the crumbled honey glazed smoked salmon, stirring until it's evenly disbursed throughout the eggs. Serve this breakfast meal hot with warm buttered toast.
