Preparation Instructions:
This scrambled eggs with sausage is probably one of my all time favorite egg recipes. Obviously you can use your own favorite type of sausage, however I do recommend Oberto brand sausages and meats, as they are absolutely mouthwatering. To get this bad arse recipe rolling along, please take out a skillet. Set your skillet on a burner, then set the burner temperature to medium low heat. Next evenly drizzle the Crisco pure canola oil around the pan, making sure that the surface is evenly coated. Next take out a mixing bowl, then crack your large fresh free range eggs into it. Beat the eggs together well, then mix in the chopped Oberto beef summer sausage, India Tree brand coarse sea salt, fresh ground black pepper, and the single dash of ground basil. Once your egg mixture is all stirred up, pour it into your burning hot pan. Scramble the eggs in the pan while they cook, which should take about eight to twelve minutes depending on how done you like your eggs.
