Preparation Instructions:
It doesn't get any more American than this yummy scrambled eggs with ketchup recipe. You'll notice that this recipe calls for free range eggs, however the more common factory farm eggs will do just fine too. To begin the cooking process, please take out a fry pan, and then place it on to your stove. Set your burner to medium low heat, then drop in the pork grease or lard. Slide the grease around until it melts totally. While the grease is melting, crack your four eggs into a bowl, and then whisk them together. Once the eggs are well beaten, stir in the garlic powder, regular table salt, and white pepper. By this time your pan will be crackling hot, so pour the egg mixture into it, and then stir it around while it fries. The eggs should be done in about ten minutes, depending on how moist you like them. Once they are done, dish them out on two plates, then drizzle the sweet and tangy Heinz tomato ketchup over the top of them. Don't forget buttered toast.
