Preparation Instructions:
This amazing scrambled eggs with cheese recipe was submitted to us by Caterina of Pierre South Dakota. To get this recipe rolling, first take out a cooking skillet. Toss into the skillet the two heaping tablespoons of real salted butter. Bring this butter to a liquid over medium heat. Next quickly beat together in a bowl your large fresh whole eggs, grated Pepperjack cheese, cayenne pepper hot sauce, chopped green bell peppers, kosher salt, and black pepper. Whip and whisk this mixture of ingredients together until the scrambled eggs base is nice an uniform, with an even distribution of ingredients. Pour this egg and cheese mixture into your hot pan, and then use a wooden spoon to thoroughly scramble the eggs. Let them cook for about ten minutes, but don't let them get too dry or burned. You will then want to dish them up with some warm whole wheat toast, a nice mixed fruit salad bowl, and some fresh squeezed tangy orange juice. Cheers, we hope you enjoyed the recipe.
