This perfect scrambled eggs recipe was submitted to us by Adam of Portland Oregon. To get started, first you will need to take out a glass mixing bowl. Place your shelled eggs into the bowl, then beat them rapidly at a diagonal tilt, as opposed to a circular motion within the bowl. Once your egg batter is light and fluffy, whisk in the fresh 2% milk, fresh ground black pepper, and regular table salt. Next take out a medium size cooking skillet, and melt your real unsalted butter inside of it. With your burner on medium high heat, pour the egg batter into the skillet, and lightly scramble the eggs as they cook. Once the eggs reach a desired state, turn off the burner, and then serve them immediately while they are hot. These scrambled eggs taste great on toast layered with mayonnaise and hot sauce. Thanks for checking out this wonderful recipe, we hope you enjoyed it.
