Preparation Instructions:
We would like to thank Joel from Memphis Tennessee who sent in this garlic scrambled egg casserole recipe for publishing. To get started first you will want to take out a large nonstick saucepan, and melt inside of it two heaping tablespoons of real salted butter. Once the butter melts, stir in the table salt and ground black pepper. Next whisk in the cold low fat milk, and bring the contents to a low rolling boil. Let this mixture boil for two minutes, stirring often to prevent any burning. Once the mixture is thick and even, remove it from the burner, and then immediately stir in the grated Swiss cheese. Set this mixture aside now, and take out a large nonstick frying pan. You will want to thoroughly fry your ground chicken breast and minced garlic in three tablespoons of real salted butter, then saute your onions towards the last leg of the frying process. Once the meat is brown and done, stir in the large fresh factory farm eggs. Once your eggs have almost finished cooking, stir in the milk and cheese mixture that you made earlier. Once the whole casserole base is done, transfer it into an eleven by seven inch glass baking dish. You will then want to melt your remaining butter, and then drizzle is over the top of the casserole. Moving along, next evenly sprinkle all of the garlic bread crumbs over the top of the casserole. Next cover the dish, and let it set in the refrigerator for three solid hours. Once the chilling time has expired, you will want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius. You will then want to bake the casserole for roughly half an hour uncovered, or until the top is crisp and golden brown.
