Many thanks to Vanessa from Anchorage Alaska for allowing our staff to publish her awesome French scrambled eggs recipe. To begin, first you will want to take out a double boiler, and fill it with one inch of bottled spring water. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Once the water is simmering, place the top portion of the double boiler over the top of the water. Moving along, next place two tablespoons of real unsalted butter into the boiler, and let it fully melt. While the butter is melting, take out a glass mixing bowl, and whisk together the eight large fresh whole eggs. You will then want to whisk in the table salt and ground black pepper, then dot the egg base with the remaining two tablespoons of the butter. Place this mixture into the top of the double boiler, and let it cook for roughly ten to fourteen minutes, stirring often to thoroughly scramble the eggs. Once the eggs reach a desired doneness, serve them hot with a side of whole wheat buttered toast. We appreciate you all taking the time to read through this class scrambled eggs recipe.
