Preparation Instructions:
My old friend Shelby from Hartford Connecticut was cool enough to let me publish her feta cheese scrambled eggs recipe. For the first step, please take out a frying pan, and place it on a burner. Set the burner to medium low heat. Once your pan is hot, add into it the single tablespoon of softened real butter, and then slide it around until it melts completely. While the butter is sizzling away, take out a mixing bowl, and then crack your four eggs into it. Do make sure that you screen out any loose shell particles that might haven fallen into the bowl. Beat your eggs at a diagonal until they take on a solid orange egg yolk color, then whisk in the fresh crumbled feta cheese, granulated kosher salt, coarse ground black pepper, and ground garlic powder. Once you are done mixing these ingredients together, pour the mixture into your pan, and then stir your eggs while they cook for ten minutes or so. Do be sure not to burn the eggs, or let them dry out.
