Many thanks to Don from Guam Hagatna for sending us this chef Gordon Ramsay's creme fraiche tasty scrambled eggs recipe. To get started, first you will want to crack your six fresh factory farm eggs into a nonstick cooking skillet. Next add in the single tablespoon of real salted butter, and then scramble the eggs as they fry. After about ten minutes, your eggs will become clumpy but soft, at which point you will want to briskly stir in the Kendall Farms creme fraiche. Moving along, next remove the skillet from the stove top, and then stir in the ground black pepper, and finely chopped chives. Let the eggs cool for about one minute, then serve them warm with buttered toast, and a tall glass of fresh squeezed orange juice. As an optional garnish, spread some creamy mayonnaise and Tabasco red pepper sauce over the top of your eggs. Cheers, we hope that you enjoyed this unique and delicious breakfast recipe.
