Preparation Instructions:
This best scrambled eggs recipe was given to me by an old friend, and I have to agree about it being the best scrambled eggs recipe out there. To get started, first you will want to place a cooking skillet on medium high heat. Next chop up your breakfast bacon into little bits, and then fry them in the skillet until they are golden brown and crispy. Set the cooked bacon on a plate once it's finished. Next take out a mixing bowl, and rapidly whisk together the shelled large fresh whole eggs. Once your eggs are light and fluffy, vigorously stir in the chili garlic hot sauce, ground kosher salt, fresh ground black pepper, grated sharp cheddar cheese, and chopped Vidalia onion. Once your egg mixture is even and consistent, pour it into your skillet with the bacon grease still inside of it. Dot the batter with the butter, and scramble the eggs as they cook over medium high heat. Once your eggs are just about done, stir in the cooked bacon bits. Serve the scrambled eggs immediately while they are hot. With regard to our choice of chili hot sauce, obviously you can substitute that for your own favorite brand, such as Tabasco pepper sauce. That concludes this recipe, we hope you enjoyed it.
