Next take out a glass mixing bowl, and add into it the eight large fresh whole eggs, grated American cheddar cheese, low fat milk, onion powder, garlic salt, chopped green onions, and black pepper. Using a metal whisk or wooden spoon, rapidly beat these ingredients together until the scrambled egg base is even and consistent. Next you will want to melt your butter in the microwave, and then pour it into the egg mixture, beating it in with the whisk. You will then want to pour this egg mixture into a nine by thirteen inch baking dish, and then slide this dish into the oven for ten minutes. When that time expires, thoroughly stir the eggs, and then slide the dish back into the oven to bake for another ten to fifteen minutes, or until the eggs reach a desired doneness.
